They also invoice in 12 different currencies and centrally manage various MS and Google consoles.  iCorp helped them create an efficient organizational structure to maximize its value in the U.S. Moreover, iCorp’s network of service providers helped it develop an efficient tax structure allowing it to efficiently repatriate income to the United States.

Escala 24x7 Inc.

Escala is one of the very few and largest Amazon Web Service’s resellers in Latin America. iCorp has been assisting the company to improve their corporate structure and business processes in order to seek an acquirer and/or an equity investor to continue its growth averaging +150% per year.  In addition, iCorp has been instrumental in helping them implement a productive and helpful board of directors.
